Q1. What is the recommended amount to take and how often?
A. Most people take two teaspoons Lifelixer® twice a day and then generally can be reduced to two teaspoons only once per day after a period of 2 months.

A. The recommended age group is for males and females from 18 – 100.

Q4. What does it taste like?
A. Being a natural product with no artificial sweetener additives, it has an earthy, herbal taste, which may not initially be to the liking of some people. When mixed with a little of your favourite juice however, you will find the formula more palatable and in due course you will become accustomed to its natural taste. Alternatively you can mix Lifelixer in with your favourite Yogurt, Cereal or Shakes to mask the taste completely.
